What to expect in Edmonton?
June takes us from Spring into Summer with daytime high temperatures of around 22C (72F) and nighttime lows of 10C (50F), but we’ve hit record highs of 36C (99F) or we’ve had snow. Either way watch the weather forecast prior to coming and pack accordingly.
This time of year and this far north gives the opportunity to experience a 10:00pm sunset with ambient daylight until almost 11:00pm and a sunrise just a few hours later.

What else is there to do in Edmonton and area?
If you have an extra day or two to spend in the area, the majestic Canadian Rocky Mountains are just a 3 hour drive away in Jasper National Park, or 3.5 hours away is Banff National Park. With all level of hiking available there is something for any adventurer.
If you want something more urban, Edmonton features North America’s largest shopping Mall, West Edmonton Mall with more than 800 shops and services and 11 attractions.
For you history buffs, Fort Edmonton Park showcases the Hudson Bay Company fur trade in the late 1700’s and the progression through to the 1920’s.
